As a nonprofit organization, the Quissett Harbor Preservation Trust relies entirely on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and companies. There are many ways to show your support:
Membership
As a member, you will enjoy notice for special events and programs, and a wide range of other member benefits. Membership is renewable every 12 months and is $100 for a family. Click here for information on memberships.
Honorary and Memorial Gifts
A gift to the Quissett Harbor Preservation Trust is a wonderful way to honor a friend's birthday, or a couple's wedding day. It can also be a meaningful way to mark the passing of a friend or family member who loved the special surroundings of Quissett Harbor and the Knob.
How you can help maintain Quissett’s natural beauty
It takes a lot of 'behind the scenes' effort every year to keep Quissett Harbor the quiet, peaceful place that it is! Please consider the tax exempt 501C-3 Quissett Harbor Preservation Trust in either your TAX DEDUCTIBLE gifting plans, or Estate Plan which can be easily accomplished with a simple codicil to your will. You can easily gift securities or cash to the Trust and take a tax deduction in the year it is given, or designate a portion of your estate to the trust, as many of our neighbors have considered. We can also receive gifts from Charitable Gift Funds at any of the major banking and investment institutions. Your gifts can be anonymous or recognized in the newsletter, but either way your generosity will be forever impactful to this wonderful place.
